We ship throughout Italy, Europe and many non-EU countries. Our goal is to guarantee a fast, traceable and reliable shipping service, wherever you are.

Free shipping

In Italy and Europe, shipping is free for orders over €100
In the United States, it is free for orders over $100 (non-bulky items only)
In the UK, it's free for orders over £200 (non-bulky items only)

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipments outside the European Union

We also ship to non-EU countries. However, any customs duties, taxes or fees are always the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check any costs with your country's customs office before purchasing.

In case of refusal of the goods or failure to pay customs duties, the costs incurred will be withheld from the refund, which will be issued only after the product has been returned.

Minimum order required for some countries

In Norway, the minimum order is 3000 kr
In the UK, the minimum order is £135

Preparation and shipping times

For products available in stock

The order is processed within 2 working days
Standard delivery takes 1–4 working days
Express Insured shipping is also available:
- 1–2 days for Northern Italy and major cities (Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples)
- 5–6 days for Southern Italy
- 7 days for the islands

For products not available or on order

Waiting times vary from 15 to 30 working days
For products on request, such as doors, Velux, special paints, furnishings Beta or sanitary ware, the times will be agreed directly after the order

Doors and counterframes

A minimum shipping charge of €50 applies for each door or counterframe. The final cost varies based on the quantity ordered.

Shipping costs start from €25 and may vary depending on the number of items.

Stairs

The cost depends on the volumetric weight:

Up to 10 kg: €50
From 10 to 15 kg: €75
From 15 to 20 kg: €95
Over 20 kg: €125

Building material

Shipping is available only for Turin and its province. The minimum contribution is €45 and may vary depending on the type of material.

Couriers used

Power tools and clothing under 24 kg are shipped with TNT in Italy and with FedEx abroad
Bulky materials such as construction materials, doors, ladders and large power tools are entrusted to Susa Trasporti
Some bulky products such as Velux, Milwaukee, Dewalt And Rubi they are shipped with BRT

Check on delivery

We invite you to always affix the control reserve upon delivery. If the package shows visible signs of damage, specify the type of damage (e.g. open package, broken tape, damaged package).

This is essential to activate the insurance in case of problems.
